Non-personal information
This information is collected from users' interaction with the application but they are collected in such a way that can not be tied to a specific user. This anonymous information includes:

- Games search queries
- Games that are added to a user's favorites
The data services that are used by the app may also record and log some information about the queries, such as the sender's IP address and the time and date of the queries.
Personal/user-specific information
When you send us emails or any messages, we may retain those communications in order to process you inquiries and improve the app's services.
Since no user identification mechanism is implemented in the app itself, no personal information is collected by the app at the moment.

How we use Information we collect
App improvements
We use crash data to reproduce and fix issues that users may experience.
App data relevance
We use statistics on which games are most added to users' favorites and most used search queries to offer more relevant data for the app, e.g. which games are most anticipated by users.

We do not share the information we collect with other companies or individuals except in the following limited circumstances:

The app uses data from the GiantBomb website, offered by Whiskey Media. Your use of the app is subject to and governed by the terms of their website, which are detailed here.

Your use of an external website or any informational content found on an external website is subject to and governed by the terms and guidelines of said external website. We do not make any representations or warranties concerning, and will not in any way liable for, any informational content, products, services, software, or other materials available on an external website. GameTracker is not responsible for the privacy practices of any external website. For your protection, please refer to the privacy policies of the respective external websites.
Access from Outside the United States
GameTracker stores and processes information in the United States of America. The data protection and privacy laws the United States may not be as protective as those in other countries, including, in particular, those in the European Union. By use of the App and the Services, you expressly consent to the transfer of any information you provide to GameTracker for use in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
